I've seen a lot of terrible martial arts movies in my time, and this one is probably the worst of the lot. I can't in good faith recommend it to anybody, but if you're interested, keep an eye out for the subbed version. I find it really captures the film's dramatic nuances, especially during the hero's various run-ins with the nymphomaniac assassin lady.
