Weird. I don't understand how he can just make a new news site, who's original membership came from a motley crew of mostly intelligent, funny people who communally enjoyed the wreckage of poe red (and even before that with the silliness of Old Man Murray).

You can't just make funny creative culture out of dust.

POE Red died of old age, Poe-News died of malpractice, Poetv is alive and "well".

I'd hate if POETV went down. I'd have a hard time finding another on line community that would tolerate me.

It sucks that PoeNews is being shut down. And rather than being a suitable replacement Bo-News is just an exercise in how many times you can read the words "manbaby" and "hog cum" before they lose any semblance of meaning in between bickering about forums rivalries older than this site.

The worst parts of most sites are the forums.

The people that use them always think the forums are the best part.

Apparently poetv.com/talk is now a forbidden directory within poetv. But for the sake of the Video Game Cabal, I say we get that thing back up and running.

DAMMIT, I LIKED POENews. I didn't submit as often as I do here, but I relied on that damn site for news and things. Where am I going to have to go to hear about esoteric happenings and random shit? FARK? Fuck that!

I glance at Poe-News daily, and will miss it. PoeTV had better be okay; there really is nothing quite like it.

It was probably deleted. 'Support' is not exactly the fairest or most level-headed of things. The supposed rules of this site are only selectively followed anyway.

Nevertheless, the community is great here, but I never found the community to be all that great in Poe News.

As far as this site making money - it couldn't make much, but I suppose a little is better than nothing.

I've been trying to get a dialog going with support and I hope they didn't take my explanation of what happened with Chet handing them control of the PoE Network as some sort of derisive remark against them. It's probably just a bug because of the amount posts I've made in the last couple days.

Still, those silly billies are quite fickle sometimes.

No, people like him come in go. Usually when they realize they've become the butt of all jokes they get bored or frustrated leave. Mark seems to really enjoy it, but then again he's proven to be pretty slow in general.

Somehow I remember Superfister69 the most.

My thoughts exactly. There were some posts from other people that I bookmarked and wished to revisit. I would like to find the 7-8 posts that I made that more than a few dozen people bulbed as well. They're all gone.
