A little more context for the law they're talking about: Enyart is a proponent of Personhood law which would define human life as beginning at fertilization (not birth). So women who have abortions under Personhood law, or use birth control to stop the process, or any Doctors or "accessories" are murderers he wants to put to death.

He doesn't want to put the women who had legal abortions earlier to death though. That would make him some kind of crazy extremist!

We had a personhood amendment in Mississippi this recent election round and it didn't pass. In Mississippi. Of course, several of our legislators have vowed to try and pass a personhood law legislatively, so we'll see how long we can keep from becoming even more of a third world backwater than we already are.
