I love this stuff, it makes me sad to think there might not be any people who could even make one of these anymore.
Why can't they just burn another copy of the disc? It's legacy, sure, but someone should have the drivers somewhere.
There are definitely people that still make them. I saw them making one exactly like this on an episode of How It's Made. It's on Youtube, even. They kept mentioning that they're really expensive, but a market does exist for them.
