My wish is the top government officials in a bunker or war room viewing an old top secret "If you are watching this, then America is under attack by Moon Nazis" film made by a previous president for just such an occasion. Reagan would be the obvious choice, but anyone post-WW2 would work, the older the funnier.

I'd go with Nixon, he's automatically funny and you could pile on Cold War jokes, all "and don't let those red bastards try anything funny, killing krauts is the one thing Soviets are good for so keep'em busy".
