I'm not going to pretend I knew who this guy was before I googled his name.
Knowing now he wrote some really good children's books, i am sad that he died.

Funny how the first time I've heard him speak was just a little while ago on Colbert. He seemed like a really wonderful guy who knew that children shouldn't be pandered to.
