I think the Republican party should absolutely run ads all over the country highlighting themselves as the party of choice for people who hate the NAACP.

He could run over a crowd of people and puppies in his campaign bus and the right would still spin it positively somehow

Well, they weren't going to vote for Obama, but they might not show up to vote for a RINO. Not only will this help Romney, I think it's a safe bet that he knew he was going to be booed, and evoked it deliberately. This guy is legendary for shaping his message for the audience. You think he chose this moment to stop by accident? We now have actual footage of Mitt Romney "STANDING UP TO SPECIAL INTERESTS" Millions of conservatives will get hard when they see this.

You have to remember one thing:

Romney is a Mormon.

This election is going to be hilarious; all the racist white southern evangelicals are going to have to choose between "BLACK SECRETLY MUSLIM TERRORIST ANTI-AMERICAN FAG LOVING GOD HATING SOCIALIST" Obama and a Mormon.

The Romney camp knows this, which is why they've made him all but hide his religious affiliation these past few months.

I know that where my parents live (Stonewall, OK) it's 99.9% southern baptists, and they'd vote for Obama in a heart beat before they'd vote for a Mormon.

Democratic messaging on Obamacare has been pretty routinely terrible; 25 words or fewer:

Obamacare places long-overdue regulations on insurers so they can't take your premiums and then turn you away when you need to see the doctor.

Romney is used to audiences that have no idea of what Obamacare does, so it's easy for him to invoke Obamacare like a boogeyman. For the first time, he's encountering an audience that won't fall for it.

Drudge highlighted as a top story yesterday that a 'non-partisan' poll of doctors said 83% considered quitting due to Obamacare passing.

Of course the poll was done by a specific conservative organization of only their members who chose to respond, but I'm sure that's at least as representative as the Chamber of Commerce.

To add to IrishWhiskey's comment: To those who responded thusly, let them quit. In fact, hold them to it. They must give up their medical careers and join the conservatives who should also be forced to make good on their promises to leave the country if the ACA passed.

To further add to IrishWhiskey's comment, it gets even better: They sent out faxes to 36,000 doctors, of which 16,227 were actually delivered and they got 669 replies. So, they got a 4.3% response rate on their survey.
