I HAVE, as a record collector, unearthed a few records that definitely drift into a kind of "jewish supremacy" territory. They're not the kind of sinister things antisemites would have you believe (about the closest they come to any of the fake Elders of Zion stuff is Esther Jungreis ranting about how the Jewish people singlehandedly created civiliation and were responsible for every advance in society since prehistoric times on the record "You Are a Jew" from 1973), but they do exist. Every social group has extremists.

Yes, they are relevant to a documentary claiming that antisemitism runs through more or less every corner of human and American culture (which is the subtext of this film).

From what I can see there are two kinds of attitudes working here. Superstitious, un-evidenced bullshit like the protocols of Zion, and then people who have a real axe to grind with Israel and it's foreign policy because real things that happen, and those two attitudes simply aren't the same kind of thing but the documentary sort of lumps it all together as 'antisemitism'.

Well, it isn't his responsibility if he is making propaganda, but if he is going to broaden the scope of his narrative beyond The Protocols of Zion to address xenophobia in a broader sense (which he does in the act 2ish zone) it gives his voice credibility, because it contextualizes the idea of xenophobia as something shared by every fundamentalist religion.

to sort of reframe my hyperbole: the subjects think there is a sprawling zionist conspiracy. The filmmakers think there is a sprawling antisemitic conspiracy. So yeah, they are sorta similar. Where he really crosses the line is the cherry picking of Christian theology. It stops being about The Protocols of Zion (which is a legitamate phenomenon and an interesting subject) and starts to become a pretty loony witch hunt that feels more like propaganda than a documentary.
