Clancy Brown's Lex Luthor is the best depiction of the character in any media thus far. It was seeing Lex in the animated Superman and Justice League that made the one in Superman Returns that much more lame.

I find it kind of sad that Lex Luthor is the one DC villain who fits into Nolan's idea of the Bat Universe the best, and obviously he couldn't have really used him.
