The podcast 'How Did This Get Made?' did an episode on this movie. Apparently production was halted for a few weeks because Cage decided he'd rather play the villian than the husband. It only made ,000 before being pulled from theaters after only 10 days breaking the record previously held by 'From Justin to Kelly'.

'Vampire's Kiss' is still the only pure way to truly enjoy Nicolas Cage.

I don't know. With a budget of million and a global box office draw of nearly 0 million, combined with mostly favorable reviews, I'd say "Phone Booth" did pretty well.

Not a big fan of it myself, though.
