Private property or not do you legally have a "reasonable expectation of privacy" when you are working in front of a large picture window on a major street?
I doubt this guy is autistic. Can't this be considered harassment though? I understand the whole no reasonable expectation of privacy thing, but his persistence does seem to change things a little.
At first I thought that this would be an interesting examination of how little people know about their lack of "reasonable expectation of privacy" in public, or how different people react, but then he just rockets off to troll city.

There's some interesting commentary in SCM 2, like when he points out that Drug Store Guy had just been on camera in the store, but it's mostly just him pissing people off.
