It's always weird to see a hummingbird at rest - like the time one got in my garage and after several unsuccessful attempts at shooing it out I found it laying on the floor, apparently tired out, so I scooped it up into my hand and took it outside and after a short while it went and took off.

Funny thing is, I read somewhere that Hummingbirds actually do not vocalize. All their chirps, whistles and sounds are made by their tail feathers.

I'm starting to freak out here.
