It's funny how they are essentially saying that seeing is believing, and yet they've never seen a giant bearded man in the cosmos pulling strings but unquestionably accept hearsay evidence of his existence.
That said, there IS visible evidence of the age of the Earth, and any geologist, climatologist, paleontologist, astronomer, physicist, evolutionary biologist, etc that says otherwise is lying to themselves and should find another profession.

By their logic, since no one can talk to god, and no one was around to see god be created, god can not exist because there is no eyewitness testimony of it.
Of course, they will just say that since god has existed forever, he is exempt and only Science needs to be held to the standard because they do not posses God who knows everything and shows them through the use of the Bible.
And so the cycle continues.

God, Himself, IS, the scientific method, appearing to us in the world where our being is His essence, as action instead of manifestation.

Magical and superstitious explanations explain everything, and explain nothing, and faith is empty. Why not have faith in Odin, or Thor? At least it's more creative.
Faith is indistinguishable from fantasy. No matter how hard you believe in ghosts, imaginary friends, or gods, nothing is going to change that. Ever.

Boy this is getting so not worth it, but: Adam wasn't there to witness his creation. But God left us the Bible, which tells us how the world was created. But the only way of verifying the validity of the Bible is... the Bible. Isn't that basically like Adam acting as an eyewitness to his own creation?
