It seems like the whole premise of every Onion reality series is to make a couple of the laziest on the nose reality show observations before spending the rest of the time on an unrelated unfunny routine.

Are people just tired of the Onion making funny, clever satire of under the radar collective conscious? This is steering into Something Awful territory where they start turning into the very thing they mock until they eventually end up worse than it.

Just made a pretty tense phone call to my friends over at The Onion to let them know that FABIO, an internet critic, has given yet another one of their media projects a 1-star rating. I really hope I never have to do that again. I hope they get their act together soon.

Yeah, what the fuck Fabio? Did you sleep with one of the writers and he/she broke your heart? Sure, some of their stuff falls flat, but the majority is a lot better than most other comedy available on the internet. I would understand a 3 star if you just didn't enjoy it, but 1 star tells me that it goes a lot deeper than that.
