Its how you wanted all those cheesy pranks you bought as a kid to work. Unfortunately cheap dollar store gags didn't work on anybody. This product looks awesome and it doesn't look cheap.
I'm guessing that the device has a valve that's held down to divert the air stream to the windmill but if unpressed blows through a reservoir of flour.
Way better than a suspiciously-rattly jar of peanut brittle.
