As much as I think Paul Andersons movies have been hazardous, liquid shit since this one, I kinda wish he'd revisit this and release the "director's cut." I'm also curious how far the filmmaking got with the original premise that the ship had been haunted by ghosts from the Middle Ages and that the ship had actually traveled back in time before coming back. I distinctly remember reading articles in American Cinematographer about that a year or two before the film actually released.
