Wow. I remember living in Vancouver when the marches were happening. The Main & Hastings neighbourhood was, at that time, the most terrifying place I've ever been. It's amazing how many people lived around this guy for years while he killed dozens and didn't say anything, but junkies do the darndest things I suppose.
