My mother's stepdaughter is apparently into anime, writes stupid fanfics and cosplays and shit. She had apparently been doing weird shit and told her boss's wife about a fanfic she found and thought it was some kind of note. Her boss's much older, Christian and racist wife took it upon herself to do "research" and told my mother that anime was part of some kind of sadistic cult where people wear black clothes and leashes, bite each other, pretend to be werewolves and have same sex orgies. I told my mother that there was nothing to be worried about because nobody who watches anime gets laid.
