I have tried and failed to read this. Twice. I can't even explain why, I just get to about page 40 and stop caring.

As soon as he switched to play-dialogue, he loses me. I trudged through it. I am proud to say that I have the Heroes Of Modern Literature merit badge, having slogged through "Ulysses", "The Magic Mountain" by Thomas Mann and "Swann's Way" by Marcel Proust.

Actually, I'm not proud to say that. Why the hell did I type that, now I look like a total douchebag.
