So are all Creationists just illiterate?

Some fierce competition this year.

StanleyPain - 2013-10-04 I thought VFX wasn't making videos anymore and even if he was the fact it's been established that he is mentally ill would take him out of the running.

In case anyone's wondering about the song, it's "Manatsu no Kajitsu" ("Fruits of Midsummer"), performed by Kazuyoshi Saito and Bonnie Pink.

Seems like a super-esoteric choice of song for an English-language creationist-mocking video. I was only able to identify the song thanks to Midomi.com
Since I'm linking music anyway, Pulstar makes me think of the Vangelis tune "Pulstar" (used as theme music on many a local newscast in the 1970s and 1980s):

bac - 2013-10-04 Well Potholer (aka Peter Hadfield) was a science correspondent in Japan, if not the majority of his career, than a fair amount of it.
|
sasazuka - 2013-10-04 Yeah, I don't know anything about "Portholer", but I figured there was probably some connection to Japan that isn't evident from his accent. Thanks for the info.
|
sasazuka - 2013-10-04 Oh, pardon, "Potholer54".

I could've sworn VenomFangX had committed suicide or been institutionalized or his parents were keeping him tied in the basement or something. How the hell did he get back on YouTube?
|
StanleyPain - 2013-10-04 He's been back for a long time now, mostly making absolutely batshit crazy insane videos that require amazing amounts of time to produce (greenscreen, heavy editing, etc.). Lately he's just been boring, though..for the past few months most of his online activity has been shilling for that Genesis 3D movie and trying to get people to donate to the crowdfunding for it. What's interesting is that he started his own donation fund for the movie (despite his history of taking donations and using them for his own purposes), so it remains to be seen if he's really giving the money to the Genesis 3D producers or if this is another scheme of his to just take in cash.

Holy crap, calling it the 9th Commandment bothered me, because I was pretty sure that wasn't accurate. Well, it turns out there's a little variation between different religious sects.
And here I thought the fucking thing was written in stone!
|
SteamPoweredKleenex - 2013-10-04 That's what they claim. It's funny how many supposedly original documents (stone tablets, golden discs, etc.) go missing from religions, isn't it?
|
Syd Midnight - 2013-10-05 To be fair, swashbuckling archaeologists share some of the blame for that.

I guess it makes sense that a pulsar would worship the death god.
