I think the 888chan consensus is that it's something to do with Nazis branding Jews, but L.K.'s apparent synthesia probably finds some other unique-to-her-own-mind significance in those numerals laid out in that specific order.

From what little I know, new chans get started when enough of the current chan become in some way disgusted with the cesspool their forum has become and go found another one. The cycle then repeats, leaving giant, festering piles of memes, hentai, and racist images in their wake.

She's a paranoid schizophrenic who has gotten progressively worse over the last couple years that she's been a POE exhibit. She has an obsession with numbers (numbers on signs and in advertisements are often code for something having to do with harassing a gangstalking victim) and is convinced that the postal service, UPS, and FedEx are stalking her. Many of her videos are her confronting random people for harassing her by doing things like sneezing or basically just breathing in her vicinity. From her older videos (many of which are no longer online), it's fairly clear that, like most of these "targeted individual" types, she requires medication to stabilize but doesn't get it. She was in some social programs, but her mental state probably got her kicked out judging from her behavior in some of her videos. Somehow she affords an apartment, a computer, camera, and internet, but I don't think it's entirely clear how.

Oh yeah, and her new thing is that Ben Affleck is stalking her and hacking into her accounts and such. She is really, really, REALLY mentally ill.

Not my idea, but it makes perfect sense (and I already mentioned it above but who cares), L.K. also has synthesia and makes connections unique to her own mind besides just the paranoid schizophrenia "delusion of reference". Synthesia would explain her obsession with numbers and also, perhaps, what she thinks she sees in Google searches, and, quite possibly, just treating her for paranoid schizophrenia alone would not help much at all.

She one video where she was in a dinner and went blahhh and showed all the food in her mouth and said something about do you like sea food? I cant' find it now, it might have been on one of her older accounts that got banned.

It was not hot. She looks about like you'd expect a near-middle-aged crazy lady to look. She also doesn't shower more than once a week or ever get fully naked because there are cameras everywhere.

If you google image search her name there are some results, which include what could be a still shot of what ashtar is talking about.

She's okay-looking for a 39-year old. The first image of that girl in white makeup with black lipstick that usually shows up if you search her real name (look it up elsewhere) isn't her.
