With the exception of the 4:00 mark, I call shenanigans on this "stupider than russia" malarkey. Most of the people in russia seem to randomly push on the gas and brake pedals or jerk the steering wheel at random every once in a while. Some of them didn't even have any obstacles in front of them, and still managed to fly off the road.

The scary thing is, we could be driving within accordance of the law, and some idiot could crash into us because of their dumbassery.

No tanks and jets, no tumbling cows, no roads rupturing, no cars getting trapped in trolley lines... yeah I'd call these "stupider" in the same line as "boring" and "dumb"

Multiple instances of when traffic slows in the left lane because there's no turn lane and someone needs to make a left turn, so some asshole pops over into the right lane and passes at full speed, and it causes a catastrophe.
