This is also awesome because I kind of never listened to any Trex after "Tankx". "Dandy in the Underground" has some really great songs, apparently.

Not really knowing anything about TRex or Marc Bolan, I thought from the description, before clicking on the link, it was "short-lived" because the TV show was terrible, but, checking Wikipedia, I can see that it was short-lived because the guy died.

I don't know if the music's exactly my bag, but the production values and just sharpness of the picture and the colors are fairly amazing for a mid-1970s British TV show. I can only presume it was shot on film and not videotape. Whatever you think of early Tom Baker-era DR. WHO from a writing or comedy standpoint, it's my primary reference for how British TV from that era looked in general, the video quality did not age well, it's murky and fuzzy and there's a lot of colour-bleeding and it looks like something shot on videotape on a small budget.
