Great film.

I feel the same way about this, that people usually tell me they feel about Beyond The Black Rainbow. It seemed really promising, but just like Kill List is A Serbian Film lite, there just wasn't enough to complete what it seemed like he was going for. For all the foreboding, there just wasn't any atmosphere to it, and that lack kind of reduced everything into comical antics.

Yellow Brick Road did something similar in a better way imho. Then again I saw both a few years back, I could've been harder on it than necessary.

I enjoyed Beyond the Black Rainbow. I thought it was a loving and sexy homage to Italian horror and sci-fi from the 70's and 80's. The music was spot on. Who cares if it's hipstery now to like that stuff. It's ok to like cover bands.

I didn't really enjoy this film, but Kill List will be on my "films of the decade" list 6 hears hence, and Sightseers was incredible too.

Never seen Kill List but I'll track it down.

Best to go in blind with Kill List. Hopefully you will enjoy the roller-coaster as much as I did.

I am not a fan of Quentin Tarantino type hip stylish violence. I was luke warm on Sightseers. I hope Kill List is better. The funny serial killer comedy genre (Dexter, Natural Born Killers, all that stuff) has never appealed to me.

Think more Andrzej Zulawski's Possession (1981). I will say no more.

I love Possession. I even submitted the Adjani's epileptic tunnel scene from that film here several years ago.
