I wrote and erased some stuff about how maybe you're missing the (video's) joke here, but I wasn't sure if the game is marketed as being in any way "feminist." Doubt it, but certainly the developer doesn't sound extremely feminist:

It isn't. The video's making fun of the fact that Skullgirls gets a pass from many "social justice warrior" types who usually pitch a fit about tits and ass in video games.

The best of these reviews are the ones where they mix some salient points in with the trolling.

Pretty much everything they said here is true:

-This game is such an abysmal fighting game is not even worth reviewing
-The character designs are terrible
-Social justice warriors love to pick up their targets carefully. They went against Dragon's Crown, but didn't bother to touch games like God of War and it's many orgy scenes, or shit like this on
-In one of those stages there's a furry in the background. I rest my case

Darn all of you for making all of the good points already. Still, it's a shame all that animation, was wasted on such a poorly conceived game. Battle Arena Toshinden had a more interesting cast, the fighting system is about the same though.
