If unemployment were at 4 or 5% I might be more open to immigration but as it stands the only thing we really need immigrants for in the US is extreme lower end labor. Give everyone in the US that has an education level of high school diploma or higher a job with a living wage and then we can talk about introducing millions of new job seekers into the marketplace.

Your original points on the Bachmann vid had nothing to do with unemployment. You were concerned about people from "ignorant ass parts of the world" voting away your rights and replacing them with Islamic law (or shit culture, as your put it.)

It's not xenophobia. I brought up all those points because they were totally relevant to the Bachmann vid. The media likes to depict people who are anti immigration ala the Obama plan as being completely crazy just like her and don't like to show that there are shades of gray, and you are living proof of people that completely miss that. You are so wrapped up in trying to prove that anyone who is for curbing immigration is racist you aren't willing to listen to any of the arguments against it that are totally valid.
