Why can't obsolete laws be changed? Aren't they kinda sounding like Royalists, who defend the "divine right to rule" of a monarch on sheer principle? Isn't that who the founding fathers fought?
P.S. I know the situation leading up to the the war of independence is a lot more complicated than that but I'm sure that this is how 99.9% of these yahoo's see the birth of freedom and shit.

The "worst" Obama has done is call for stricter laws regarding background checks and some other vagueries after Sandy Hook and other massacres. Where's the "ever increasing" legislation against guns? Against all logic, gun sales went up and restrictive laws were repealed after every mass shooting.
It's worse than libertards saying that if only businesses were unregulated, everything would be awesome, seeming to ignore the past 15 years or so.
If these people both 1) actually believe the stuff they believe and 2) aren't massive passive aggressive cowards, there would have been an armed uprising years ago.
That's what gets me about these folks; with all their sound and fury, they completely lack the courage of their convictions. Think about it: if you really, sincerely believed there was a monster in the White House who was doing his damnedest to bring about Stalinism/start a genocide/spark WWIII or whatever, wouldn't you be willing to do just about anything, maybe even die, to stop this person?
Instead, all these plump clowns do is sit around and fondle their gun collection and read Tom Clancy and whine. They just enjoy their Persecution LARP too much to risk ruining the game by taking action and ending up in jail.
That's what really drives me crazy about those militia nuts. They're perfectly happy building a large defense, yet they think the 9mm under their pillow is the only thing standing between freedom and tyranny.
I hear pillager. I fear nutters out of all the nutters like this out there a few of them will do actually have the balls or be crazy enough to do something terrible.
