Every time it snows in Portland (usually once every couple of years) the city kind of freaks out, but busses and cars continue to use chains well after they're really not necessary. It destroys the roads. There was a record downpour the other day that resulted in 4 blocks becoming more-or-less a swimming pool that cars couldn't bike through.

So, basically, that Days Inn really is the tallest building in Timmins?
