I had a copy of this on VHS years ago. I remember some okay dialogue, some terrible acting, some long-forgotten vaudeville acts, and a touching dream sequence where one of the twins imagines herself free.

I've seen this and it's truly creepy.

In some ways, this was ahead of it's time, almost a precursor to reality TV. There's a scene where they wake up in the middle of the night and sit in bed and talk about how it sucks to be them. You feel like that conversation may have really happened.

Let me repeat, for horrific emphasis: when they found their bodies, the coroner discovered that Daisy had died first, and Violet had died 2-4 days later.

Jesus.
