I seem to have a fetish for safety videos and industrial accidents. Anyway, watching anything on the CSB youtube channel makes you instantly want MORE government regulation to reduce mangling of human bodies by the bloody machines of capitalism.
The plastic one is the only one that didn't seem like a direct result of negligent corner cutting. Everything else was "We didn't even bother to hire a grad student to do some thermodynamics calculations on the back of an envelope"
