I googled the second name he points at. It's some band made up of some of the most face punchable looking dildos I've seen lately.

He has said he will "take her down with him" and makes puppet accounts to talk to her on FB and so on. She is certifiably scared of him and is filing a police report.
If he's really in that band, he's a fucking moron.

Police report is the way to go. If possible, try to find a cop who gives a damn (esp a female officer); if you can make that cop pay attention and see you as a human being, your case will gain a lot more traction than one that's just words and numbers on paper.
