Oh, you're in good company. I'm a Hot Wheels collector so I'm well aware of Race Grooves and think his videos are awesome. It's actually quite a profitable endeavour for him, he was able to quit his job at a USPS post office sorting facility and devote himself to making videos full-time (and he also makes money as a performer doing Hot Wheels-themed kids' birthday parties, which can be more lucrative business than you'd think since he operates in the Los Angeles area).

Race Grooves was featured once on MYTHBUSTERS over a decade ago. They were testing whether a 1/64 scale toy car (not Hot Wheels, it was a Johnny Lightning) could accelarate faster than a Dodge Viper on a downhill slope, so they had him supply the race track (since he has some kind of plastic moulding machine that makes segments that can be dozens of feet long, whereas the average Hot Wheels track segment is only about 2 or 3 feet at most).

1. DIAPERS ARE MANDATORY. IF YOU CAN NOT SUPPLY YOUR OWN, PLEASE LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND I WILL WASH MY LOANER PAIR. THIS PAIR FEATURES MATER THE TOW TRUCK FROM DISNEY'S CARS. I FIND THIS IS THE BEST PAIR TO REUSE BECAUSE MATER'S RUSTY EXTERIOR IS THE EASIEST TO KEEP LOOKING CLEAN.

one day after work we were all sitting around drinking wine and my boss was on the internet looking for something to bet on when we came across this guys channel. i lost about .50 but i love this guys channel. honestly this is what you watch after childern in darkness- holy crap i made it about 20 minutes in and needed something like this

He makes a good living from his passion as well.

He comes across as a bit dorky, but he is a performer and I suspect he plays up the dorkiness because it works to his advantage as being a guy super into Hot Wheels.
