It's without class and absurd. Maybe not as good as the previous season, but you can watch all of them online now.

Good stuff! Out of context I sort of assumed at this was London's version of Portlandia (probably because of the name) until I looked it up. Since this is the beginning of the second season, is this a good place to start or would you recommend watching the whole thing from the beginning? I've been trying to find a good funny show, and since I don't know what's going on with Silicon Valley (in case you don't watch it, Peter Gregory died, not as part of the show but the actual actor passed and he was pretty much essential to the plot, RIP.) The show went on without him without any mention, which is respectful to the actor, but I don't really see the show being the same without him anymore. And I just finished up with Hello Ladies, which someone told me I'd like, because it's exactly like my life (it isn't) and besides a few funny awkward Stephen Merchant moments, it was just kinda like.. eh.

Last really good British show I saw was Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret (I think you can get it on Netflix) and this is about on that level for me. Thanks for letting me know!

Bort recommends the following series returning in the next week or two:

- "Danger 5" season 2

- "Broad City" season 2

- "Archer" season 6

My current obsession is Friday Night Dinner, a sitcom farce about grown men acting like children when they go to their parents' house for dinner every week. Written by Robert Popper (Look Around You). It's extremely fast paced and just tasteless enough for me.

Nice! I liked Danger 5 s1 but it got a bit silly, like NTSFSFSUV (that's not a bad thing) and I sort of figured s2 would be the same. NTSF jumped the shark (and on a show as absurd as NTSF that's hard to do) with the Little Britain episode for me and I haven't watched it since. Friday Night Dinner looks like a lot of fun based on the clip I watched.

"I liked Danger 5 s1 but it got a bit silly"

Bullshit. Name one silly thing that ever happened that show, just one.

There was that one time the one guy didn't like afro cuban jazz, come on, that's just silly, everyone loves afro cuban jazz!
