I'm glad this got made and all but it's just a series of scenes strung together not a movie.

theSnake - 2015-01-24 Movie sucked all around. The actors they chose were terrible. They're supposed to be smartass weirdos and they casted teen heartthrobs. The horror elements were supposed to be creepy but the special effects made everything look like corny SciFi channel shit

A friend of mine is a projectionist at a local theatre and he screened this for us for free, but it was supposed to be a midnight showing which turned into a 1:30AM showing, so I fell asleep. What I saw was really great but I fell asleep. Thanks for reminding me that I need to re-watch (and finish) this.

Callamon - 2015-01-22 How do you get a friend to do an awesome thing like that for you and you fall asleep ?
|
infinite zest - 2015-01-22 Oh, we'd do it all the time. Every projectionist has to watch the movie all the way through to make sure there aren't any wraps, etc. before it goes public the next day. So we'd always have employee screenings (and you can invite friends) with a few exceptions, like big Oscar-worthy premieres. It wasn't a big deal, pretty much everyone falls asleep at those actually.

infinite zest - 2015-01-22 Close, Clinton St. I love Cinema 21 but I haven't been in there since high school for the Spike and Mike fest. :)

Dinkin Flicka - 2015-01-29 Ah, Cinema 21 is great! And I hear they just got new seats

I knew a film professor who was infamous for spoiling every movie right before he showed it. He justified it by pointing out that there was some film titled "A Man Unknown is Dead by the End" (or something like that).
Yes, spoil every movie because there exists one movie that gives away the ending (where I imagine the suspense is HOW they arrive at that ending).
