"Y'a un pneu sur mon noeud" literally means "There's a tire on my knot."
I get that "tire" means "rubber", but I'm not that sure what the meaning of "knot" is here. Maybe like the bulky part of a dog penis (yes, a term I know because of furries)? I assumed "noeud" was a variation of "nads" in English (as in "gonads") but it would seem I'm wrong.
Incidentally, "James Bande" was a one-hit wonder. This French-language article even uses the term "one-hit wonder" without even translating it.
