She definitely toys with our discomfort with sexualized children in every video.

I don't know how much is Meller (whose writing her thesis on Lacan, and probably knows exactly the effect she's after), or the director Napoleon Habeica, who regular does this for fashion shoots. At least I don't get the sense that she's a Alizee/TATU like puppet.

I am torn with this song. The song starts off really strong and I am really loving it. But then 1:00 hits and the direction changes and I hate it. Then 1:30 comes and we are back on track and the song is solid again BUT THEN THEY WHIP OUT THE SAX and I just can't stay with it. The sax brought it to a fucking 90's dance track vibe and I didn't want to go there with it. Sorry godot. I still love half of it. Thanks for discovering her for me though!
