Several other female ponies, unicorns, and pegasi are stoned for not covering their cuite marks and being a temptation to the males. The series is then canceled for being heretical.

Equestria's actually not that far off from a Caliphate. Obviously the details are different, but it's a highly-centralized theocracy that relies on a conservative medieval social order. There's very little public evidence of love, or sex, or drinking, and while it's never explicitly stated in the show, the non-cutie-marked racial and cultural minorities (mules, dragons, zebras etc) may well be subject to a pony form of Jizya.

And Saddle Arabia, at least, is clearly meant to be a Muslim state.

Fanon aside, there's no direct evidence that Pony Cider is alcoholic. In fact, the way ponies sperg out over something as simple as Cider is fairly good, if indirect, evidence that ponies do not have easy access to heavily fermented beverages.
