Oh man, I love these time capsule videos. There's something especially weird about seeing a broadcast that was meant to be watched on one day and never ever again.
Not sure I get this video, is this all about nostalgia? I didn't have cable until the late 1990s so I wouldn't know.
"Isolated Biggies" is a great name for something, thunderstorms for example.

ohh yeah, I got those kind of Isolated Biggies™ from eating too much venison once.
I remember when they were still showing the local forecast in this format in Boone in 1994... without the fancy music, though.
