You know, there's been a lot said about how Chris Farley's aptitude with "Chris Farley The Fat Guy" sketches ultimately wasn't all that great for his mental health, so I kind of wonder if Melissa McCarthy is harboring some kind of opiate and alcohol problem we're due to find out about in about five years.

I don't really know the context here. If everybody's talking about their favorite SNL characters/moments etc. then I guess a reenactment is OK, like when John Belushi started doing John Goodman as the other Blues Brother

I won't watch this. But 5 stars for bad ideas and shamefully bad comedians.

I think the resident fat woman cast member, Aidy Bryant, could've done a much more enthusiastic rendition of this. Though I'm guessing nobody here still watches the show enough to know who that is.

The SNL40 special was such a clusterfuck of "here's something you might remember!?" just piled on top of itself arbitrarily, complete with Eddie Murphy sitting on top like a cherry literally doing absolutely nothing, that I couldn't help but love it.

I am here to tell you that echoing a now-deceased cartwheeling cokehead won't even get you into the van down by the river.
