They probably owed Savage a favor. He probably got them for a pitcher of margaritas apiece, and all they had to do was sit by the pool in Savage's backyard drinking said margaritas. Easy half-day of work.

I'll bet they got upset when Savage told them they had to stand up for a couple of scenes.

There has to be a good story behind Derek Savage's inexplicable wealth and influence.

The same for Tommy Wisseau. His back story was explained pretty well in the book The Disaster Artist.

I still have my Cool Cat Conspiracy (or CCC for short) about this whole thing: notice how the guy mentions his friends at EIT (not a bad group of people to be friends with, but I was convinced this would be an EIT vid from the 90s until I looked it up for myself), and of course the LA Comedian's name, which I can't find another name match for anyone in Los Angeles. Ostensibly if you designed a .swf game, you'd probably have a facebook at least.

So my guess is this was something that EIT (or likeminded people) did themselves with hopes of it going big-time viral. And when it didn't, they had this guy create his reviews as a reminder. Just a theory..
