No one seems to know whether he's actually homeless or this is an act. Some people say that he's faking being homeless for easy money. Others claim he lost everything in his divorce and turned into a homeless alcoholic who does this shit for drinking change.

Who knows. The only thing that is certain is that, yes, that's Shoenice, not just a guy acting like him.
