The first alligator I ever ate was in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Is California really that isolated? Next up, Washingtonians try California Pizza Kitchen for the first time.

infinite zest - 2015-04-24 The restaurant is still there. Buzzard Billy's! My favorite's still Delta Cafe. 2 dollar 40s of PBR and the best biscuits next to Popeyes. Seriously Popeyes has the best fucking buttermilk biscuits on earth. They taste like buttermilk pop rocks.

The ocean reacts to California sliding into it. You won't believe which hotel was left standing.

I had my first bite of alligator in California. My friends and I used to also catch crawdads in a creek they lived by. I guess those of us raised a bit redneck don't count as Californians? Does nobody understand that a good portion of California is old mining town drunk shitkicker hick country?
Also pretty sure I can get this stuff up here in Seattle where I live now.

infinite zest - 2015-04-24 Hell Yeah you can! Biscuit Bitch in downtown fucking rocks.
|
infinite zest - 2015-04-24 I too grew up catching crawdads in Portland, across the street from a steakhouse/stripclub. The creek was later named the most radioactive body of water in Oregon. So far no superpowers.
