There was a kid I helped toilet train; I taught him that, when you flush the toilet, you're supposed to say: "Swim, poops! Swim for your lives!" Not sure which of us it amused more.
It's part of a set. It comes with a little toddler doll. When you sit her on the toilet it looks like she's learning to go potty. My sister had one when she was little.
It also came with a little bed and when you laid the doll in the bed, she would say something like, "night-night," or, "Read me a story."
