Since I don't have kids and can never have them let me weigh in on this: I think books like this are bullshit. It's fun for the adults but not for the kids. Every time I check Facebook I see another of my friends posting pictures of their kids in Slayer onesies and shit that they're into, and other books like Go The Fuck To Sleep. I miss the simpler times when parents worried about Star Wars being too violent for their child and Goodnight Moon being the standard bedtime material.

Five for fucking the future, you hipster parents. Move to the suburbs.

Yeah I'm pretty sure this and "Go the Fuck to Sleep" are actually meant for adults and the only adult who would actually read this shit to their kid as a bedtime story has an IQ in the double digits and completely missed the point.
