that's what you get for cutting people off.

Actually the camera car ran a red light. The white car had the green.

yogarfield - 2015-08-10

I figured somebody would say that.

As if red lights matter when a tornado is barreling down the road from behind our viewpoint here.

those trees get flattened in an INSTANT.

simon666 - 2015-08-10

The white car ends up smashed against a tree just off the side of the road to the right; but where the hell does that lady come from?!?!

I watched it full screen and in HD and I still can't see it. When I lived in the midwest I remember things like this. I can't remember the name but they'd uproot trees and move cars (never like that though) and 3 minutes later no big deal.

The one I remember the most was when I was getting off of work and walking home. After dodging a few umbrellas I also dodged one of those metal spiked canopy things they have on the sidewalk, which missed me but went right into the cars. I really had no choice but to run at that point, and then maybe a different one broke a big tree in half which fell right behind where I was running. I got home and made myself an adult beverage.

At :23 you can see the car's brake lights come on momentarily.

I have some family in the mid-west myself and heavy wind storms are no joke. Jeez.

Oh Holy Shit! I was looking a lot closer than that. Goddamn. If I'm to believe YT comments though, everybody survived and I hope that's true. But once again, Oh Holy Shit!

Wow, that couple was very calm and quick to act. I'd be freaking out.

If it's strong enough to pick up a car, I vote that the term 'mini' no longer applies to it, and it graduates to regular tornado.
