"become an academic"? Dang Homer, most of GWAR's starting roster were disgruntled teachers, they come from academia. (Tangent thought: a Little Witch Academia series, but based on GWAR and the Slave Pit instead of anime Harry Potter and boarding school hijinks. Could you get behind that or no?) How can you or zest love GWAR and not even want to know this stuff about them? There's nothing wrong with peeking behind the curtain sometimes.

And zest, of course GWAR is not from Richmond, they are degenerate invaders from beyond the stars. GWAR was created by nerdy academics from Richmond, though, and there are aspects of GWAR that reflect that heritage. All of these things are true. Accept this and be elevated.

I knew they were well-educated art school grads (that's one of the things that got me into art), but I had no idea any of them had earned their PhDs, or had gone on to teaching! Are any of the others teachers, too?! And is there still time to sign up for their classes? I would be willing to move to Virginia.
