I don't think anyone thinks they're terrible people. I mean, the two women come off like totally clueless naive bimbos.

Only a simpleton thinks product reviews are about the positive ones, which is how they were pushing the service the entire time.

I think the absurd amount of bullshit explanations the main one has been pushing puts her squarely in terrible person territory. She knows she's doing an awful thing and is trying to hand wave that away.

What I see is too much positive thinking, badly applied. No amount of positive thinking can make a bad idea into a good idea.
