I think they just made this trailer as a goof, at least that was my understanding. If it was real, it'd still be better than the Saw franchise though.

Have you ever been on the opposite side and had to give a handjob to someone else because you came too quickly? It's fucking miserable for you, but not necessarily for the receiver.
