One of the finest politicians of recent memory; I don't care where you come from. This man was a good man.
Absolutely agreed. As a Scot who wants independence, I strongly disagreed with his stance on the indyref but I was never in doubt as to his integrity.
I really wonder what this man would have to say about the current situation.
Also notable is the current leader of the Labour Party, Jeremy Corbyn, up behind him there. Again, lots I disagree with him on but inarguably the most -actually- left-wing leader they've had since the 80s and a man of principle.
