I have to admit I have a little bit of the bigot in me: my reaction in seeing this was "these people are overreacting", when it should have been "in what universe could anyone even take this cartoon-like turn of events seriously?" The fact that the absurdity of it took a minute to sink in does not speak well of me. Live, learn, recognize your idiocy and grow out of it.

Reminds me of that post-9/11 "The Daily Show" where Steve Carell was doing an esposé on anti-Arab rental practices, so he went undercover as an Arab-American, dressed like a genie.

Should we, as a community, use this dumb staged prank video as a platform to talk about how we should be reacting to BENNR? I don't think he's a clickbaiter as all these videos come from different YouTube accounts, but there does seem to be something up with this guy.

This is the way the world ends, not with a bang but with a prank.
